This offering expands access to Fieldstone’s coaching resources while maintaining the depth, quality, and values that have defined our leadership development work for many years.

Short-Term Situational Coaching provides nonprofit leaders with dedicated time and space to reflect, strategize, and move forward with clarity.
Through this focused engagement, leaders can:
- Explore options and possible paths forward
- Test assumptions and gain perspective on complex situations
- Clarify priorities and next steps
- Strengthen confidence in decision-making
- Navigate transitions or leadership challenges with greater intention
Who This Is For
This coaching option is designed for nonprofit leaders who:
- Are facing a specific leadership challenge or opportunity
- Are managing a transition, organizational change, or major decision
- Would benefit from a trusted thought partner and experienced coach
- Alumni of Fieldstone’s 12-month coaching program who want additional support at a particular moment in their leadership journey
- Leaders new to Fieldstone coaching who are seeking focused, short-term guidance from a qualified coach
